"Perfumery"
Dedicated to Germaine Cellier, a woman perfumer. The spirit of freedom and exceptional sense of smell, which Germaine Cellier inherited from birth, allowed her to become a real queen of perfumery. She was the first female perfumer whose work became a sensation. Germaine valued independence above all else. She created perfumes guided solely by her own flair, inventing bold innovative fragrances, repeatedly making a revolution in perfumery.
"Botany"
Dedicated to Jeanne Barret, the first female botanist to travel around the world. A young Frenchwoman Jeanne Barret knew a lot about the herbs. The desire to learn more from her native village of Saint-Olei led the girl to Paris and from there to Polynesia and Indonesia! She was a female botanist who classified more than 5,000 plants, and the first woman to circumnavigate the world.
"Science"
Dedicated to women in science. Today, women scientists and researchers do not surprise anyone, but 150 years ago everything was different. Girls could not study on an equal basis with men and they had to win their right to education. At about the same time Sofia Kovalevskaya was the first Russian woman to become a corresponding member of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences and the first woman in the world to receive a professor of mathematics, and Ellen Richards was the first American woman to receive a degree in chemistry.
